The McLure Education Library will be holding two NVivo workshops this semester for all interested students. NVivo is a data analysis software package that researchers can use to help with data organization, coding, and analysis. If you are interested in learning more, consider attending one of the following workshops!
1. Get to Know NVivo Monday, April 6 12:00 p.m. – 12:50 p.m. McLure Library Room 33 NVivo is a qualitative data analysis package used to organize and analyze data in documents, audio, video, images, spreadsheets and database tables, literature reviews and bibliographies, web pages, social media content, and more. The software allows users to work with large amounts of data in many languages and supports a wide range of research methodologies. It is available in McLure Library. Get to Know sessions provide an introduction to and overview of the software: what it is, how it is used, and where to find it in the Libraries. Interfaces and features are demonstrated, and examples of assignments and research projects utilizing the software are presented. Hands-on learning opportunities are offered in our other NVivo workshops. 2.
